Looking after your Mental Wellbeing during COVID-19

It is important that you take the time to look after your mental wellbeing, particularly during the coronavirus pandemic. With the current government guidelines regarding self-isolation and shielding, struggling with mental health is more common than you think. The following video was made by the medical students at the Enderley Road Medical Centre and includes how to identify common mental health disorders, activities to do to keep busy during isolation and how to access support lines/ helpful websites for more information.
