Belmont Health Centre is changing

From 1st November 2019 you will need an appointment. Appointments are available seven days a week from 8am-8pm. To book call the surgery reception or NHS 111.

Booking ahead is simple and helps you to manage your day better. Walk-in services are still available at Pinn Medical Centre as well as the Urgent Care Centre at Northwick Park Hospital.

From 14/11/2022, we are running a walk-in flu clinic from 8:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. This clinic is for patients who are eligible for a free flu vaccine on the NHS.
