She looks after the residents at Rowanweald Nursing home. She is involved in teaching medical students from UCL medical school.

Dr Sonal Shah has been a partner in the practice since 1997. She is a fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners. She is a dermatology GP specialist and has a diploma in practical dermatology.
She is accredited for minor surgery and for insertion and removal of subcutaneous contraceptive devices.
She holds a diploma for the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health and a diploma for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.
She is a GP trainer on the Northwick Park GP training scheme and involved in medical school teaching.

Dr Argent joined the practice as a Registrar in 2004 and continued working at the centre as an Associate General Practitioner before becoming a partner in 2009. She holds a diploma for the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health and is accredited to fit intrauterine devices.
She is GP trainer on the Northwick Park GP training scheme and is a GP appraiser for Harrow.

Dr Takher trained at Imperial college London. He first came to the practice in 2006 as a trainee foundation doctor.
Having been inspired into general practice by this, he trained as a General Practitioner and joined the practice in 2010. He has an interest in paediatrics and also involved in the care of patients at Wilsmere House Nursing Home.
He is a GP trainer working with the Northwick Park GP training scheme.

Dr Shameer Shah joined the practice in 2014 as an Associate General Practitioner and became a Partner in September 2016.
He graduated from University of Manchester in 2001 and became a GP in 2008 after having undertaken various hospital jobs all over the UK. He has a special interest in gastroenterology, joint injections, and cardiology.
He is involved in the care of residents at Rowanweald Nursing Home and is also a trainer for the junior doctors at our practice.
Dr Noreen Ryan

Dr Ryan first came to the practice in 1996 as a trainee. She was a Partner here from 2002 until April 2016. During this time she has always had an interest in undergraduate education.
To develop this interest further she has now taken up a position as senior clinical fellow at Imperial College as her main role.
She continues to do sessions for the practice as a Salaried GP.
Dr Naazneen Kalla

Dr Kalla graduated from the University of Cape Town in South Africa in 2007.
She undertook her training at the Northwick Park scheme where she was a trainee at Enderley Road Medical Centre.
She now joins our team as a Salaried GP. She has special interests in teaching and Women’s Health.

Dr Theivendran graduated from St George’s University of London in 2016 and came to the practice in 2020 as a Registrar before joining as a GP in 2021.
She has special interests in Women’s Health, Paediatric and Teaching.

Our practice is a training and teaching practice. Our registrars are fully qualified and have a great deal of hospital experience. Registrars are attached to our practice and usually become general practitioners after completing their training.
They are at all times encouraged to seek advice when required from the practice partners. We are also fortunate to have medical students attached to our practice for short periods.

Charlotte qualified from Aston University in 2019 with a BSc in Biomedical Science. During this time, she spent a year researching the effects of antibacterials on Mycobacterium. Bejal joined Enderley Road Medical Centre in July 2021 as a prescribing clinical pharmacist. She graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2015 and worked in community pharmacy until 2019 before moving into primary care. Her expertise lies in chronic disease management, particularly diabetes, cardiovascular disease, asthma and COPD. She also see patients with minor illnesses such as respiratory tract infections and urinary tract infections and helps carry out general medication reviews and assists with any medication related queries or concerns.
