Relate Family Mediation
Relate Family Mediation service is fully geared up to support families through this crisis. We have successfully been offering mediation via webcam for a number of years. If you know of any separated families struggling to resolve issues, particularly around shared parenting in these challenging times.
In compliance with the safeguarding ruling above, we have switched our counselling services to the digitalised delivery mode for 12 weeks, effective 24 March 2020. You will be able to continue your counselling sessions as usual by telephone, skype or teleconferencing by agreeing what will be the most suitable means for you to communicate.
We understand that this is a period of great uncertainty that may raise anxiety and fear for some you. Please be assured we are here to support you in every way possible. Our lines will remain open to support you during office hours.
We provide a counselling service to the local community of Harrow and its neighbouring boroughs, currently we are open to everyone gender or culture, we also provide relationship counselling and counselling for children over the age of 13 years old.
Our counsellors are operating from home due to the current environment and can provide counselling via telephone and video call.
We have counsellors who speak 13 different languages from Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Urdu, Tamil, Marathi, Farsi, Dari, Cantonese, Turkish, Sylheti Bengali, Romanian and Sanskrit, besides English who can offer confidential counselling support.
We are based in Harrow and our office times are between 10am-4pm, although we do offer counselling support on evenings and weekends.
Need To Talk
Need to Talk are offering 1 to 1 Counselling supporting our clients or any client by telephone or webcam.
“In view of the government’s new guidance on tackling coronavirus (COVID-19) Need To Talk has now been closed for face to face sessions as a precautionary measure until further notice.
We aim to support as many clients as possible via telephone or via webcam using Zoom.
A counsellor will be in touch with you shortly.”
During these challenging and uncertain times, Ignite Trust is working hard to ensure we continue to provide support to the boroughs most vulnerable and at-risk young people.
In line with Government/NHS advice, we have suspended all face to face and group based activity, and closed our office until further notice. All staff will be working remotely.
